Sebastian & Associates offers two alternative companies to our clients to better serve their unique requirements. The first of these companies, Bordeaux Custom Builders, is a more traditional custom homebuilding company at a more moderate price point. Limited to selected neighborhoods in the Dallas area, the goal of Bordeaux Custom Builders is to provide a very quality-oriented product through a much more streamlined delivery system.

The company is managed by Mark D. Miller, who previously was senior project manager with Sebastian & Associates for over thirteen years. Mark's strong experience with large-scale residences, his understanding of high-end construction, and his strong attention to detail provide a level of quality and professionalism to the homebuilding industry rarely seen at this more moderate cost level.

Providing new home construction in the 4,000 to 7,000 square foot project range, as well as selected remodel work, Bordeaux Custom Builders engages in projects through negotiated contractual arrangements, as well as through traditional competitive bidding. Bordeaux can also offer full project services, including land procurement and architectural services, for those clients desiring the convenience of single-point service.
